Provide escorts for employees/residents in accordance with company policies
Respond to duress alarms/altercations & report all incidences in accordance with company policies
Entrance Guard Gate Security & Golf Cart Security Patrol (both optional)
Greet residents/visitors/employees/contractors
Monitor IP-based closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras
Access Control for residents/visitors/employees/contractors/vehicles/packages
Login & logout visitors/vendors/employees/contractors
Patrol premises including parking lots utilizing an optional guard tour system & enforce community & towing rules
Deter & eliminate vulnerabilities/immediate danger & report all incidences in accordance with company policies
Challenge suspicious activity & report all incidences in accordance with company policies
Pro-actively alert potential issues to Management/residents/visitors/employees/contractors
Lock & unlock doors in accordance with company policies
Report all illegal activities in accordance with company policies
Work cooperatively with outside agencies (eg. Sheriff/Fire/Fire Rescue)
Coordinate with Management & outside agencies to conduct regular fire drills
Fire/Residential Safety workshop presentations for residents/employees (optional)
